Consignment Model

1. Overview

Benibeca offers a consignment model designed to create a flexible and performance-driven partnership with selected retail and hospitality partners.

Under this model, products remain the property of Benibeca until sold, allowing partners to offer a curated selection without upfront investment.


2. Product Curation & Setup

To ensure optimal performance and brand consistency:

  • Benibeca defines the initial product selection based on location, client profile and expected demand
  • The assortment is carefully curated to maximize sell-through
  • Display elements, hangers and visual merchandising are provided where applicable

3. Stock Management & Replenishment

Benibeca actively manages stock throughout the season:

  • Regular replenishment based on sales performance
  • Restocking may occur monthly or weekly, depending on location and sales volume
  • Product rotation may be applied to optimize results

4. Ownership & Responsibility

  • All consigned products remain the property of Benibeca until sold
  • The partner is responsible for proper handling, storage and presentation of the items
  • Any loss, damage or missing items may be subject to compensation

5. Sales & Reporting

  • Sales are tracked and reported regularly
  • A monthly settlement is agreed based on net sales

According to the standard model:

  • Benibeca receives a percentage of net sales
  • Payments are made within the agreed timeframe

6. Pricing & Brand Control

  • Products must be sold according to Benibeca’s pricing guidelines
  • Discounting is not allowed without prior approval

7. Product Integrity & Labels

To preserve the quality and presentation of Benibeca products:

  • Original labels must remain intact at all times
  • Labels must not be removed, altered, written on or covered with stickers

All items must be returned in their original condition, including labels.

In case labels are damaged or modified:

  • A handling fee of €1 per garment will apply

8. End of Season

At the end of the season:

  • Unsold products are returned to Benibeca
  • A final stock check will be conducted

Any discrepancies between delivered and returned stock must be resolved accordingly.


9. Brand Experience & Presentation

Partners are expected to:

  • Maintain product presentation clean and aligned with brand standards
  • Ensure staff is properly informed about the brand

Benibeca may provide:

  • Visual merchandising support
  • Training
  • Marketing materials

10. Flexibility & Partnership

Each consignment partnership is tailored to the specific location and business model.
