What is considered a wholesale order?

Wholesale orders are pre-season orders placed in advance for the following summer season.

What is the deadline to place a wholesale order?

Wholesale orders must be placed before August 31st of the current year for delivery in March of the following year.

What happens if I place my order after August 31st?

Late orders may be accepted depending on availability, but delivery within the standard timeline cannot be guaranteed.

What is the minimum wholesale order?

The minimum wholesale order value is €3,000.

Is there a minimum quantity per size or model?

No. Orders are fully flexible — there are no minimum quantities per size or style.

Are prices shown with VAT included?

No. All prices are listed in euros (€) and exclude VAT.

How is VAT applied?

  • Orders within Spain are subject to VAT
  • Orders within the EU (outside Spain) may qualify for intra-community VAT exemption
  • Orders outside the EU are not subject to Spanish VAT

What are the payment terms?

A 30% deposit must be paid before August 31st to confirm production.
The remaining balance is due prior to shipment.

What happens if the deposit is not paid on time?

Orders without deposit will not enter production.

Can I modify my order after confirmation?

Orders cannot be modified or cancelled after August 31st, as production will already be scheduled.

When are wholesale orders delivered?

Wholesale orders are delivered in March of the following year.

Can I place reorders during the season?

Yes, reorders are possible during the season.

However:

  • All reorders are subject to stock availability
  • Quantities may be limited
  • Availability cannot be guaranteed

Where are orders shipped from?

All European wholesale orders are shipped from Ibiza, Spain.

Is shipping included?

Shipping is included for orders above €3,000.
For orders below this amount, shipping costs are charged to the client.

Are furniture and display shipments included?

No. Shipping costs for displays, fixtures and furniture are always charged separately.

Which courier do you use?

Standard shipments are handled via DHL Express.
Large-volume or palletized shipments may use alternative logistics partners.

Can I return wholesale goods?

Wholesale orders are considered final sale, except in the case of approved defective items.

How long do I have to report an issue?

Any issue must be reported within 5 days of delivery.

Consignment

How does the consignment model work?

Products remain the property of Benibeca until sold, allowing partners to offer a curated selection without upfront investment.

Who selects the products for the store?

Benibeca defines the product selection based on location, client profile and expected demand, ensuring optimal performance and brand consistency.

Is stock replenished during the season?

Yes. Stock is actively managed and replenished regularly.

Depending on the location and performance:

  • Monthly restocking
  • Weekly restocking

Can products be rotated during the season?

Yes. Product rotation may be applied to optimize sell-through.

Who owns the products during consignment?

All products remain the property of Benibeca until sold.

What is the partner responsible for?

The partner is responsible for the correct handling, storage, presentation and safeguarding of the garments.

What happens in case of loss or damage?

Lost, damaged or missing items may be subject to compensation.

Can products be discounted?

No. Discounting is not allowed without prior approval.

How are sales reported?

Sales are tracked and reported regularly, with settlements agreed per partner.

What happens at the end of the season?

Unsold products are returned to Benibeca and a final stock check is conducted.

Can labels be modified or covered?

No. Labels must remain intact at all times.

They cannot be:

  • Removed
  • Written on
  • Covered with stickers

What happens if labels are damaged?

All garments must be returned with labels in perfect condition.

If labels are damaged or altered:

  • A handling fee of €1 per garment will apply

Does Benibeca provide visual support?

Yes. Depending on the project, Benibeca may provide:

  • Display elements
  • Visual merchandising
  • Training
  • Marketing materials

Is every consignment agreement the same?

No. Each partnership is tailored to the specific location and business model.
