Shipping & Delivery
1. Shipping Overview
Benibeca ships all European wholesale orders from Ibiza, Spain.
We work with trusted logistics partners to ensure a reliable and efficient delivery experience across all our clients.
2. Delivery Timeline
Wholesale orders follow a seasonal production schedule:
- Orders are delivered in March (following year)
- Exact delivery dates will be confirmed prior to shipment
For late or additional orders:
- Delivery timelines are subject to stock availability
- Standard delivery dates may not apply
3. Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are included for orders above €3,000
- For orders below €3,000, shipping costs will be charged to the client
Merchandising and furniture:
- Shipping costs for displays, fixtures and furniture are not included
- These items are always shipped at the client’s expense due to volume and logistics requirements
4. Shipping Method
- Standard orders are shipped via DHL Express
- For large volume shipments or palletized orders, alternative logistics partners may be used
This applies especially to shipments including furniture or large quantities.
Tracking information will be provided once the order has been dispatched.
5. Delivery Location
Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided by the client.
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that:
- Shipping details are accurate
- The delivery can be received at the specified address
6. Duties & Taxes
- For EU orders outside Spain → intra-community VAT rules apply
- For international shipments → duties and import taxes may apply
These costs are the responsibility of the client.
7. Split Shipments
In some cases, orders may be shipped in multiple deliveries depending on stock availability.
Clients will be informed in advance.
8. Delays
While Benibeca aims to meet all delivery timelines:
- Delays may occur due to production, logistics or external factors
- Benibeca cannot be held responsible for delays outside its control
9. Quality Control & Claims
All Benibeca products undergo strict quality control processes, supported by certified external partners.
However, upon receiving the shipment, clients must:
- Inspect the goods immediately
- Report any issues within 5 days of delivery
Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.
