Returns & Exchanges
1. General Policy
All wholesale orders are considered final sale.
Benibeca does not accept returns or exchanges on sold goods, except in the case of defective items.
2. Quality Commitment
All products undergo strict quality control processes, supported by certified external partners.
Each order is carefully inspected before shipment to ensure the highest standards.
3. Defective Items
Returns are only accepted for items with confirmed manufacturing defects.
To submit a claim:
- The issue must be reported within 5 days of delivery
- Clear photos and description of the defect must be provided
Benibeca will review each case and determine the appropriate resolution.
4. Resolution Options
If a claim is approved, Benibeca may offer:
- Replacement of the defective item (if available)
- Credit note for future orders
- Refund (only in exceptional cases)
5. Return Process
- Returns must be approved in advance by Benibeca
- Unauthorized returns will not be accepted
- Shipping conditions for approved returns will be defined per case
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Unsold products
- Items without original condition or packaging
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
7. Consignment Partners
Returns for consignment partners are subject to specific agreements defined separately.
